蟾酥注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

The Observation of Curative Effect by Senso Injecta Combined with Chemo-treatment Treating Advanced Non-small Cell Carcinoma of Lung

目的:研究蟾酥注射液的抗肿瘤作用和免疫调节作用,以及防治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗引起不良反应的作用。方法:将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(蟾酥注射液联合化疗)和对照组(单纯化疗),均治疗3个周期。结果:治疗组和对照组的近期疗效在统计学上无明显差异(P>0.05)。在改善患者的生活质量以及免疫功能方面,两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,治疗且在白细胞,血红蛋白减少面程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蟾酥注射液不影响晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗疗效,并且能增强机体免疫力、减轻化疗不良反应、改善患者的生活质量,在一定程度上提高机体对化疗的耐受性。

Objective ：To probe the antineoplastic effect and immunoregulatory effect of senso injecta, and to study the preventing and curing untoward effect caused by chemo - treatment treating on those with advanced non - small cell carcinoma of lung. Method ： To divide automatically 60 cases of advanced non - small cell carcinoma of lung into two groups ： group treated with senso injecta combined with chemo - treatment and the compared group（ only with chemotreatment） , two groups are all treated for three weeks, and then compare the relative results. Result ：The curing effects of treated group and compared group have no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , there are obvious difference on the part of improving the patients＇living standard and enhancing immunologic function（ P 〈 0.05 ） , on the part of untoward effect, the leucocyte and hemoglobin in the treated group are less than those of the compared group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The senso injecta not only does not influence the curing effect of chemo - treatment on those with advanced non - small cell carcinoma of lung, but can enhance organism immunizing power and decrease the side - effect of chemo - treatment and improve the patients＇living standard, to some degree, improve the patients＇tolerance of chemo -treatment.
