目的:探讨Lauge-Hansen分型及踝关节损伤诊断和治疗。方法:2000年1月-2005年12月踝关节骨折脱位35例,采用Lauge-Hansen分型对踝关节骨折脱位进行分类后治疗,术后配合中药治疗,对手术前后功能状况进行评分。结果:术后愈合时间平均10～16周。优良率88.6%。结论:正确的分型为指导治疗方法的选择,为预后的判断提供依据。
