心肌缺血动物模型气虚血瘀证的评价 被引量:19

摘要 目的:评价心肌缺血大鼠的证候属性。方法:采用左冠状动脉前降支结扎方法制作大鼠心肌缺血模型,通过观察和检测大鼠宏观状态、心电图和超声心动图变化,对模型进行证候的评价。结果:心肌缺血模型组与假手术组相比,体质量下降、游泳力竭时间减少(P<0.05),体温变化不显著,I、avL和胸部导联出现异常Q波(P<0.01),心率减慢(P<0.05),PR间期延长(P<0.05),室间隔收缩末期厚度(inter-ventricular septum end-stolic thickness,IVSTs)和室间隔舒张末期厚度(inter-ventricular septum end-diastolic thickness,IVSTd)变薄(P<0.01)、左室收缩末期内径left ventricular end-stolic diameter(LVEDs)和左室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,LVEDd)增大(P<0.01),左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)和短轴缩窄率(fractional shortening,FS)下降(P<0.01),左室收缩末期后壁(left ventricular posterior wall end-stolic thickness,LVPWTs)和左室舒张末期后壁厚度(left ventricular posterior wall end-diastolic thickness,LVPWTd)无变化。结论:将宏观状态、心电图和超声心动图的变化结合,可以很好的评价心肌缺血大鼠气虚血瘀证。 Objective : To evaluate the syndrome attribution of myocardial ischemia rat. Method: The myocardial ischemia rat was constructed by ligating the rats' LAD. The syndrome attribution of the myocardial ischemia rat was evaluated by observing the rats' macroscopical exhibition and the result of cardiagram and echocardiography. Results: Compared with sham group, swim exhaust time decreased significantly in MI group( P 〈0.05) ,body weigh decreased but not significantly. The result of cardiagram show the number of abnormal Q wave increased( P 〈 0.01 ), heart rate decreased ( P 〈 0.05) and PR interval increased( P 〈0.05)in MI group. The echocanliography showed that the inter- ventricular septum end -stolic thickness (IVSTs)and the inter- ventricular septum enddiastolic thickness decreased significantly in M1 group( P 〈 0.01 ), and the left ventricular end - diastolic diameter[ LVEDd] and the left ventricular end - stolic diameter[ LVEDd] increased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ), the left ventrieular ejection fraction (LVEF) and fractional shortening (FS) decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. O1 ), but the left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT) didn't change. Conclusion: Qi - deficiency and blood -stasis syndrome ean be well evaluated in MI rat by observing rats' macroscopical exhibision and the results of cardiagram and echocardiography.
