摘要
研究了由环状的碳酸乙烯酯和几种脂肪烷基碳酸酯混合组成的三元及四元溶剂电解液体系在-40~55℃温度范围内的导电行为。结果表明:由碳酸乙烯酯(EC)、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)组成的电解液的电导率在-40℃和55℃下令人满意。采用该电解液制备的ICR1865锂离子蓄电池在-40℃和55℃以0.2C率分别放电,仍能够分别放出常温容量的55%和101%以上,满足电池的要求。
Ternary & quarterrnary component solvent systems were studied based on the mixed solvent of cyclic ethyl carbonate and several aliphatic alkyl carbonates and the conduction behaviors in the range from -40℃ to 55 ℃ of these electrolytes were investigated. The results show that the electrolyte consisting of ethylene carbonate (EC), dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and ethyl methyl carbonate(EMC) has a satisfied ion conductivity below -40 ℃ and 55 ℃. The batteries with this electrolyte can deliver over 55% and 101% of the discharge capacity at room temperature and 0.2 C rate, respectively, which meet the requirements of battery.
