摘要
膜电极组件(Membrane electrode assembly,MEA)是质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的核心部分,其催化层的铂含量与电池的性能和成本密切相关。通过直接处理MEA的方法得到测试样品,然后用三种方法(石墨炉原子吸收光谱、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱和极谱分析法)分别测定其铂含量。通过对比三种方法的测试结果和理论计算值,建立了一种准确、方便的膜电极处理和铂担载量测试方法来分析、评价PEMFC的关键材料——MEA。
Membrane electrode assembly (MEA) is a key component in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). The platinum loading on the electrode is an important factor of the performance and the cost of fuel cells. The test sample was prepared by direct treating MEA samples, the platinum content of the prepared sample was measured by three methods, i.e. graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS), inductively coupled plasmas atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and polarographic wave analyzing. The measurement results and the theoretical values were compared. The results show that ICP-AES is an accurate and convenient method for measuring platinum loading on MEA. It is great significative for analyzing and evaluating the MEA of PEMFCs.
