清肠养肝方灌肠治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎临床观察

Clinical study of treatments with compund formula Qingchang Yanggan by clyster on 46 patients with chornic severe hepaits B

目的:观察中药复方清肠养肝方灌肠治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将46例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组23例,两组均采用基本的保肝、退黄治疗。治疗组加用清肠养肝方150ml灌肠,对照组采用生理盐水150ml灌肠,每周保留灌肠5次,每次20分钟,疗程4周。对患者治疗前后的症状、肝功能、总体疗效进行比较。结果:患者治疗前后的主要症状包括发热、腹胀、乏力、口干明显好转,治疗组死亡率明显低于对照组。结论:清肠养肝方有通腑逐瘀,清热解毒,养肝体作用。能驱邪而不伤正,扶正而不恋邪,虚实兼顾,顿挫病势,达到“截断”的目的。

Objective： To study the curative effective of compound formula Qingchang Yanggan on patients with chornic severe hepatis B （CHSB）. Methods： All the 46 patients met the criteria of CHSB were divided into therapy group and contrast group, all the patients were treated basic therapy. Qingchang Yanggan decoct was used in therapy group by clyster for 4 weeks, 150ml, 5 times a seek, 20 minutes, normal saline was used in therapy group for 4 seeks, 150ml, 5 a seek 20 minutes by clyster. Compare the change of main symptoms, liver function and total curative effect between the therapy group and contrast group. Results： Treatments by formula Qingchang Yanggan alleviated symptoms including fever, abdominal distention, thirst, and tire, and decreased death rate of CHSB. Conclusion： The formula Qingchang Yanggan had effects of deintoxication, removing stagation, clearing intestines, and regulating liver. So it could assail toxic stasis, reinforce health enegy deficiency, and cut off the trend of disease.
