摘要
教学模式是教学理论的核心内容,分析了我国成人教育教学模式的内涵、特点及存在的主要问题。借鉴了国外一些先进的模式,如BTEC模式、EFG模式、诺尔斯自我指导教学模式,以期对我国成人教育的改革有所启示。
The teaching mode is the core of the teaching theory. The paper analyzes the connotation, features and problems of the teaching mode of adult education in China. It also studies the advanced models in the foreign countries,such as BTEC mode, EFG mode and Knowles teaching mode of self-instruction as enlightenment to the adult education reform in China.
