高压加氢反应器接管焊缝裂纹分析及处理 被引量:4

摘要 高温高压临氢管道焊缝迅速发生裂纹,国内罕见。文章叙述了高压加氢裂化反应器配对法兰接管焊缝裂纹现象,重点介绍了裂纹的检查检测方法、产生原因及修复检验方案。 It is infrequence in China that the weld of high-temperature and high-pressure hydrogenation pipe is cracked in such short time.The weld crack of mating flange of high-pressure hydrocracking reactor is described in this article,but the focus is on the checking method of crack,crack cause and repaired checking method.
