摘要
分析了CO烟气量对CO锅炉运行参数的影响以及CO锅炉受热面积灰的原因等,认为CO锅炉燃料的特殊性造成受热面的粘性积灰,与一般锅炉受热面积灰性质不同。采取燃气脉冲吹灰技术等有针对性的措施,较好地解决了这一难题,保证了CO锅炉长周期生产。
This article analyzes that the amount of flue gas impacts on the parameters of CO boiler operation and the cause of ash deposit on boiler heating surface.It is recognized that the particular fuel causes ash deposited on CO boiler heating surface.An ash blowing technology of combustion gas and pulse is used to solve this problem,which ensures CO boiler having a long term operation.
