摘要
阐述了激光熔覆技术的原理与特点,介绍了应用激光熔覆技术修复大型往复压缩机曲轴之曲柄销表面裂纹的简要过程,以及该曲轴在裂纹修复后的运行情况。
The principle and the characteristics of laser cladding are presented and the process of the surface crack of the crank pin of a large-sized reciprocating compressor repaired by laser cladding and the working situations of the repaired crankshaft are introduced in this article.
