摘要
研究正相高效液相色谱法定量分析高效氯氟氰菊酯的方法。本方法在216～1 084μg进样范围内呈线性,相关系数值为0.999 8,测得回收率为99.76%,标准偏差为0.005,变异系数为0.20%。
A method for quantitative analysis by HPLC was studided. This method and reproducible over the range of 216-1 084μg analyte, The results showed that the coefficient was 0.999 8, The average recovery were 99.76%, the standard deviation the coefficient of variation was 0.20% respectively. was linear correlation was 0.005.
