西藏耕地后备资源开发利用研究

Study on Exploitation and Utilization of Reserved Cultivated Land Resources in Tibet

耕地后备资源的开发利用对区域社会经济的发展具有重要的影响。文章在分析西藏耕地后备资源开发利用条件的基础上,对西藏可开垦和可复垦耕地后备资源的潜力进行了调查评价,分析了耕地后备资源开发对生态环境的正面与负面影响,提出了合理开发利用耕地后备资源的政策建议。

Exploitation and utilization of reserved cultivated land resources exert great influences on the development of regional social economy. Based on the analysis of cultivated land conditions in Tibet, the paper investigates and assesses the exploiting and reclaimed potential of reserved cultivated land resources, analyzes the positive and negative influences of their exploitation and utilization on ecological environment, then puts forward several policy suggestions for rational exploitation and utilization of reserved cultivated land resources in Tibet.
