城中村居民拆迁意愿调查研究——对北京市石景山区古城村的调查

Investigation on the villager's Migration Desire in the city——Questionnaire to the Gucheng village of Shijingshan Distric in Beijing

通过问卷调查和个案访谈的形式对北京市石景山区古城村村民的拆迁意愿进行了实地调查,深入了解了村民的生活现状以及对拆迁的不同看法,调查发现房租收入的减少和居民社会关系网络的重建是村民面对拆迁所顾虑的首要因素,因此,在城中村拆迁改造过程中,如何让村民拆迁之后不失利、不失财,并满足村民回迁的愿望,是各有关部门制定拆迁政策和治理类似城中村情况时必须考虑的问题。

Through questionnaires and interviews, the authors conduct a on-the-spot investigation on the villager's migration desire of the Gucheng village of Beijing Shijingshan District in the process of land requisition and find out the living situation of the villagers and their different views to the migration. The villagers do worry mostly about the decrease of the new house rent income and the hard reconstruction of the social relation network after the migration. The authers suggest that government institutions and policy-makers should pay more attention on the villager's rights and interests and their desire when old houses have been pulled down and its occupants be moved elsewhere.
