This paper analyzes quality features of coal geology industry products, describes the general working process and its control means, and discusses some problems deserving attention when coal geology industry implements ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Standards and quality management system of internal audit, such as identification process (especially cohesion between each process), effectiveness of audit documents, and legitimacy of material procurement and the audit of the project department.
