How to Organize Fieldwork for Graduating Students Majoring in Hotel Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

毕业实习是酒店管理专业学生在学完所有课程之后进行最后的综合实习,其目的是让学生全面掌握酒店服务的各个环节,深化对饭店业的感性和理性认识,为成为合格的饭店人作准备。但是,当前在毕业实习的组织过程中,遇到不少问题和困难,如实习目的不明确、校企在实习安排上有差异、缺乏高水平的实习教师、学生适应能力差等,对此,作者提出了相应的解决方案。

Fieldwork is a comprehensive practice for the graduating students majoring in hotel management when they finished their all curricula. The goal of the fieldwork is to get techniques of hotel service in all aspects, deepen sensibility and reasonability recognition of hotel industry and prepare for being eligible hotel managers. However, there are a lot of problems in the present fieldwork practices, such as not clear objective, arrangements differences between colleges and hotels, lack of high--quality instructors, and poor ability of students＇ adaptation in the process of graduating fieldwork organization.. The corresponding solution framework was proposed by the author.
