摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酸十八酯(OA)为单体,用氧化-还原引发体系,通过自由基胶束共聚法制得疏水缔合型阳离子共聚物PADO。研究了共聚物组成对PADO溶液性能的影响,以及PADO对造纸中段废水的絮凝效果。结果表明,PADO水溶液中存在强烈的分子间缔合作用,在处理造纸中段废水时,其应用效果优于聚合硫酸铁、聚合氯化铝和非离子PAM。
Hydrophobically associating cationic polyacrylamide (PADO) was prepared by the free micellar copolymerization of acrylamide (AM),dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and octadeeyl acrylate (OA) in aqueous solutions,initiated by the redox initiation. The aqueous solution properties of PADO were investigated. The effects of OA content, DMDAAC content, initiator content, surfaetant to hydrophobie monomer molar ratio (SMR) on the copolymer solution were characterized. At the same time, application of PADO as flocculant in treatment of papermaking mlddle-stage effluent was also discussed.The results show that there are strongly intermolecular hydrophobicaUy associating interactions in the copolymer aqueous solution. The hydrophobically associating cationic polyacrylamide brings excellent effects in the treatment of papermaking middle-stage effluent.
