摘要
通过对碱性纤维素酶浸提液浓缩工艺3种不同浓缩方式的对比研究,确定了采用超滤方式来浓缩碱性纤维素酶浸提液,并对超滤浓缩过程的影响因素及其可行性进行了分析;选用中空纤维超滤装置,完成了工业化生产所需的工艺流程设计。该工艺应用于某生物工程公司纤维素酶生产线的生产,产品质量达到了精制酶的生产要求。
With the comparasion of the three different processes of concentrated technology in the production of alkaline cellulose, the ultra-filtration method is adopted in the concentrated process design. The factors that affect the ultra-fdtration process and the feasibility of this technology are analyzed. The design for commercial production is accomplished by using ultra- filtration equipment with hollow fiber membrane. The technology is used in the alkaline cellulase production in an enterprise, and the product quality fits for the standard of purified enzyme.
