精对苯二甲酸废水处理改扩建工程的设计与运行 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了中国石化扬子石油化工有限责任公司精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水处理改扩建工程。该工程采用竖流式对苯二甲酸(TA)沉降罐、平流式沉淀池及推流式调节池,对污染物浓度高、pH变化范围大、生化降解难的PTA水进行预处理,TA、COD的去除率分别大于60%、40%;预处理后的废水再经厌氧UASB/AF和两段好氧工艺处理,出水COD质量浓度≤120 mg/L,其他出水水质指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。 The transformation and expansion engineering of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) wastewater treatment in waterplant of Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd., SINOPEC is introduced. For high concentration of pollutants, wide rang of pH and non-degradable PTA wastewater, the pretreatment processes such as terephthalic acid (TA) settling tank, horizontal sedimentation tank and plug-flow adjustment tank are adopted, and the removal rate of COD and TA is more than 60% and 40% respectively. After the anaerobic treatment of AF/UASB and two-stage aerobic processes, COD mass concentration of effluent is less than 120mg/L or equal to 120 mg/L,and the other water quality parameters of effluent can meet the Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996) class one.
