详细介绍了美国CWT公司加热解聚工艺的工业化情况,重点分析了该工艺的生产原理、原料来源、转化步骤、产物组成、产品收率及生产成本。该技术以农业废物为原料,以水为传热介质,选用2个转化反应器,通过控制反应的温度、压力、水分含量与反应时间,能获得石油和可燃气。该工艺为开发可再生能源提供了一条全新的途径,具有现实意义。
The industrial application of the thermal depolymerization process (TDP) invented by Changing World Technology incorporation in USA is introduced in detail. The production mechanism, feedstock, conversion steps, compesitions and yield of products, and the production cost as well are analyzed. The feedstock of this technology is mainly based on agricultural waste at present time. Two reactors are adopted using water as a heat transfer medium in the TDP. By controlling the key factors properly: temperature, pressure, water content and reaction time, products of oil and fuel gas can be obtained. The TDP provides a totally new path for the development of renewable energy in practice.
