国内工程机械用车轮发展现状解析

作为轮式工程机械的主要零部件，工程机械用车轮技术的发展在整个行业的发展中扮演着重要角色。随着主机产量的增加，特别是装载机产量的迅猛增长，车轮行业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。目前，我国现有工程机械车轮生产企业30余家，年产车轮70万～75万套。其中，年产量5万套以上企业6家，3万套以上企业10家。产品覆盖内胎车轮轮宽1524—660mm（60—26in．），直径406．0—533．4mm（16—51 in．）共20多个品种规格，除供国内主机配套外，约有6万多套出口。无内胎车轮的品种规格呈逐年增长趋势并实现了规模化出口。
