The Research of Organizational Knowledge Management Based on the Differentiation between Static Knowledge and Dynamic Knowledge

摘要 从辩证唯物主义的运动与静止观出发,以运动形式为分类准则,将组织知识区分为动态知识与静态知识,提出了一个组织知识管理的简单模型;针对静态知识与动态知识的不同性质,讨论了静态知识管理与动态知识管理各自的管理要点。 In this article,supported with the standpoint of motion and motfonlessness of dialecfic materialism, we divide Organizational Knowledge Into static Knowledge and dynamic knowledge because of their clifferent forms of motion, and then propose a simple abstract model of organizational knowledge management. According to the different characters between static knowledge and dynamic knowledge,we then discuss respectively the points of static knowledge management and dynamic knowledge management.
