摘要
本文通过分析了机动性、可达性及指向性三者之间相互作用机理的基础上,对城市土地利用与交通系统之间的基本关系进行分析,并针对我国机动化的发展趋势,进一步对小汽车导向与公共交通导向对城市空间拓展及土地使用的影响进行了比较,提出以公共交通为主导的城市交通发展模式与城市空间拓展应该相结合的结论,并进行了实例研究。
Based on analysis of mutual action mechanism among mobility, accessibility and directivity, the article break down basic relation between city land utilization and transportation system, and aimed at the trend of development of our country motorization. Further the article had carried on the comparison of the compact of car guidance and the mass transit guidance on city space development and land use influence, which came to conclusion that transit - leading municipal transportation development pattern should unified with the city space development. Then it had conducted the example research.
