摘要
该文通过分析两个台风影响上海时的风力、雨量、水位及灾情特点,针对在防御两个台风中上海暴露出的主要问题,提出了加强排水系统的建设和维护管理,加大河道治理的力度,加快市区内河二级排水泵站的建设等四条进一步做好上海防汛工作的建议。
Through analyzing the characteristics of the wind force, rainfall, water level and disaster condition during the influence of two typhoons on Shanghai, and in the light of the main problems revealed in Shanghai under defending against two typhoons, the article puts forward the suggestions to strengthen the construction and maintenance management of the drainage system, enlarge the harnessing force of the rivers and speed up the construction of the in-land Class II drainage pumping stations in the city area for further implementation of the flood control work in Shanghai.
