Deep Thinking of Yangpu District after Defending Against Typhoons "Maisha" and "Kanu"

“麦莎”、“卡努”台风是杨浦区近十年来遭受影响最大的台风。该文对杨浦区防御过程中采取的措施进行分析评估,总结取得成绩的关键所在,并根据杨浦区目前防汛防台工作有利因素和不利条件,梳理做好全区防汛防台工作的思路,以期更好地实践新时期防台防汛减灾的新理念。

Typhoons 'Maisha' and 'Kanu' are the largest typhoons affecting Yangpu District in the recent years. The article analyzes and evaluates the measures taken for defending against the typhoons in Yangpu District, sums up the key making the achievements, and based on the favourable factors and unfavourable conditions of the flood control and the typhoon prevention now in Yangpu District, straightens the thinking of doing well the flood control and typhoon prevention work in the whole district so as to better practise the new idea for the flood control and typhoon prevention in the new period.
