摘要
指出了目前分销库费用管理方面存在的问题,“大包大揽”式的管理方式不利于开展节能降耗工作,不利于人、财、物的管理优化;油品损耗和费用控制管理呈现波动。提出了建立经济核算的管理模式,强化经济责任,完善激励机制,从源头上节能降耗,提高劳动效率。
Problems existing in current cost con- trol of distribution depots are analyzed.Rough management style is unfavorable to reduce energy consumption and optimize management.Manage- ment through economy accounting,strict respon- sibilities,and perfect encouraging system are rec- ommended to reduce energy consumption from the source and improve efficiency.
