摘要
通过力学性能测试、差热分析及显微组织观察,研究了Cu的含量对Al-Cu-0.4Mg-0.6Ag合金的时效析出与力学性能影响。结果显示:增加Cu的含量,能提高基体合金的时效硬化与抗拉强度,其室温抗拉强度从434MPa增大到559MPa;300℃时,合金的抗拉强度从141MPa增大到228MPa;185℃峰时效下,Al-Cu-0.4Mg-0.6Ag合金的主要强化相由片状Ω相和少量θ’相组成,随着Cu含量的增加,峰时效态合金中的Ω相体积分数增大。。
The effect of Cu content on the precipitation and mechanical properties of Al - Cu -0.4Mg -0. 6Ag alloy was investigated by tensile test, differential thermal analysis and microscopy observation. The results show that aging hardening and tensile strength increase with increasing Cu content , the tensile strength increase from 4 3 4 MPa to 5 5 9 MPa at room temperature and from 141MPa to 228MPa at 300℃. The predominant hardening phases of Al - Cu - 0. 4Mg - 0. 6Ag are composed of flake Ω phase and a small amount of θ' phase at peak - aged stage at 185℃. The volume fraction of the Ω phase is increased with in creasing Cu content.
