摘要
对于含有大量多糖、酚、酯、萜类等其他二次代谢产物的木本植物的老根和老叶,要从它们的组织中提取高质量的RNA一般都比较困难。以小叶杨的老根、麻黄的老根、沙冬青的老叶、梭梭老根为材料提取出质量比较好的RNA。
It was rather difficult to obtain high quality RNA from the tissues of many trees, in which there were a large amount of polysaccharids and other secondary metabolites such as polyphenols, terpens and resin. Higher quality RNA could be extracted from the older leaves of simon poplar,the older roots of ehedra, the older leaves of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus and the older roots of Haloxylon ammondendron.
