摘要
采用生物统计的方法对黑白花奶牛乳房各项指标与头胎泌乳量关系进行了分析,结果表明:乳房细致度对第一胎泌乳量影响不显著,但细致型乳房好于粗糙型;乳房质地对第一胎305天泌乳量有着显著的影响,腺体乳房好于肉质乳房。乳房附着形状以盆形乳房最佳,碗形乳房次之,球形乳房最差。盆形乳房与球形乳房泌乳性能差异显著,与碗形乳房差异不显著;碗形乳房与球形乳房差异不显著。乳房宽与头胎泌乳量单相关关系极显著;过四乳头围与头胎产乳量相关显著。通过复相关分析,乳房围、过四乳头围、乳房高三项指标与头胎305天产奶量复相关不显著;乳房宽、过四乳头围、乳房高三项指标与头胎305天产奶量复相关关系显著。
The analyses on Holstein cow with biologic statistical method show that the breast particularity has nonsignificant effect on first-born lactation amount , but the particularity breast is better than coarse breast. The breast texture has significant effect on first-born lactation amount at 305 d, with gland breast better than flesh breast, As for the breast accreting figure, basin-shape breast is best, bowl-shape breast is second and globe-shape breast is poor, The lactation performance of the basin-shape breast has significant difference with globe-shape breast, and nonsignicant difference with that of basin-shape breast that has nonsignicant difference with that of globe-shape breast. There is a specially significant correlation between breast width and first-born lactation amount and a significant correlation between over-four-stage nippleline. The multiple correlation analysis indicates that the breastline, over-four-stage nippleline and breast height have nonsignificant correlation with first-born milking amount at 305 days. The breast width, over-four-stage nippleline and breast height have significant multiple correlation with first-born milking amount at 305 days.
