环己烷存在下环糊精诱导菲的室温磷光测定 被引量:1

摘要 详细讨论了非除氧条件下的重原子效应、环己烷及超分子化合物环糊精用量对菲的室温磷光影响因素,建立了环己烷存在下环糊精诱导菲的室温磷光分析法。环己烷存在下,非除氧时菲的线性范围为8.0×10-8-6.0×10-5mol/L,相对标准偏差为0.717%,最低检出限为8.8×10-8mol/L。 Analytical method of cyelodextrin induced room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) of phenanthrene in the presence of eyelohexane was built, different effect factors, such as the heavy atom effect, the amounts of eyelohexane andβ - eyelodextrin were discussed in detail without deoxygenation. The linear range was 8.0 × 10^ -8- 6.0 × 10 mol/L, detection limit was 8.8 × 10^-8 mol/L and the relative standard deviation was 0.717 % in the presence of eyelohexane without deoxygenation.
