Problems in the Development of Eco-tourism in China and their Countermeasures

我国生态旅游发展中存在着对生态旅游的涵义缺乏充分的认识和理解、缺乏对旅游者数量实施有效的控制、带动当地经济发展的潜力发挥不够、缺乏统一规划等误区。主要通过加强生态环境教育,正确认识生态旅游、加强对生态旅游资源的统一规划,有序地开发与利用、旅游行政管理部门强化法制观念,加大执法力度、加强生态旅游的科研力量,充实生态旅游科技内涵、构建生态旅游区可持续发展的利益驱动机制等措施来进行解决。

Currently, in regard to China＇ s eco - tourism, the connotation of eco - tourism is not completely understood, the control of the numbers of tourists remains lax, and role of eco - tourism in boosting the local economies seems weak. Besides, the development of this industry lacks uniform regulations as well. Confronted with these problems, this paper proposes some countermeasures as follows：to strengthen the cultivation of ecosystem - awareness for the sake of a correct understanding of eco - tourism, to implement well - designed plans on the resources of eco - tourism so as to push forward an orderly exploitation and expansion, to guide the development of eco - tourism by the laws, and to attach importance to the research into eco - tourism in a bid to formulate a sustainable mechanism for the development of tourist regions.
