学校体育教育与健康教育相结合对策的研究

On the Combination of School Sports Education and Health Education

学校健康教育是学生个体在学校接受教育的过程中,通过各门学科的学习,了解和掌握各年龄段具有的健康知识,通过学校教育和家庭教育养成健康的行为方式和生活方式,最终服务于社会。学校体育教育实践是健康教育的实施的重要途径,探讨在学校体育教学中实施健康教育的对策,寻求体育教学与健康教育相结合的有效手段和方法,从而促进健康教育理论体系的进一步发展和完善,形成健康教育与体育教学的良性循环。

The health education of the school passes through student＇ s individual course of accepting the education in the school. Through the study of every discipline, the students understand and grasp the health knowledge that every age bracket have, and form the behavior of the health and life style by the school and the home education, serve the society finally. The sports educational practice of the school is the important way of implementation of the health education. We should probe into the countermeasure of implementing the health education in the sports teaching of the school, seek the effective means and method combined with health education in sports teaching, thus promote the further development of the theoretical system of the health education, form the benign cycle of health education and sports teaching.
