预焙槽换极作业对稳定热平衡的影响及对策 被引量:2

摘要 阐述240kA预焙槽换极过程的电解质温度变化规律及对热损失的理论计算。提出三种减轻换极作业对稳定热平衡的干扰的方法——精确控制空极时间、对槽控系统换极电压进行合理补偿、换极日设定电压的改变设置。 The theoretical calculation of the electrolyte temperature variation rule and heat loss during pole changing of 240kA prebaked cell was represented. Three measures were put forward to reduce disturb of steady heat equilibrium produced by pole changing working, which was controlling the time of null pole precisiously, compensating the pole changing voltage of cell control system reasonably, and setting the setting voltage of pole changing day.
