摘要
近年来,国际钢铁企业在并购重组范围、目标以及交易方式等方面的产生了一些明显的变化,这些变化在一定程度上揭示了全球钢铁业的发展方向,并将对今后钢铁企业参与并购重组的战略选择产生潜在影响。
In recent years, obvious changes have happened on the scope, target and dealing mode ete of merger and acquisition （M＆A） in the world steel enterprises. These changes reflected the development direction of the global steel industry to some extent, and will have a potential influence on the M＆A and reorganization of steel enterprise in the future.
