近二十年来两岸通婚模式的演进及趋势探析

An Analysis of the Intermarriage Between China's Mainland and Taiwan Region in Recent Twenty Years

两岸通婚将加快两岸交流和融合,促进祖国和平统一。改革开放以来,两岸通婚不断增加,通婚模式逐步由单一的“盲目崇尚型”向多元的“互动选择型”转变,最终将过渡到理性的“爱情主导型”模式;而当前两岸通婚在政策、观念和配偶及子女身份认同等方面存在的问题,制约着两岸通婚模式的演进,必须采取打击非法假婚姻、建立两岸移民磋商机制、推动台湾方面在居留、工作权、婚姻方面给予大陆配偶平等权利等措施,努力构建有利于促进两岸关系和谐发展的通婚模式。

The intermarriage between China's Mainland and Taiwan Region can promote the intercommunication across the Taiwan Straits and the perspective of the peaceful reunification of China. Since China＇s reform and opening-up, theintermarriages across the Taiwan Straits have been increasingly growing and the intermarriages has experienced a transition from ＇ blind following＇ to ＇ multiple interactive selection＇, and then to ＇ rational love leading＇. However there are still some problems such as the policy of Taiwan ; ideology of marriage ; Taiwan government＇s identification of the status of the spouse from mainland and their children. Accordingly measures have to taken to prevent illegal fake marriage, to set up a migration coordination mechanism, to protect the residential, working and other social-economical rights of mainland spouse in Taiwan.
