清河斜拉桥中塔柱模板施工方案设计

摘要 对清河斜拉桥中塔柱施工模板的面板和肋进行了设计及强度、刚度计算,并通过对模板施工中模板系统安装、拆除工艺流程和中塔柱模板提升系统、锚固系统、支撑系统、横撑受力计算,以及中横梁施工、模板施工控制测量等多个方面的设计,确定了更为有效合理的清河斜拉桥中塔柱模板施工方案。该方案通过了实践的检验。 A design of faeeplate and steel ribs of molding plate of cable tower in Qinghe cable-stayed bridge was made, and the intensity and rigidity were also calculated. A more reasonable project was obtained by means of various designs of the installation of molding board system, the baekout of technological flow, the lifting system for the molding board of the middle cable tower, anchorage system and holding system, the force calculation for transverse struts, the construction of mid-bunton, and the measurement of construction control of molding board in the course of molding board construction. This project is proved to be more reasonable by practice.
