股骨重建钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折的疗效评价

摘要同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折在临床上较常见,一般多为交通事故等高能量暴力所致,且常易被延迟诊断[1]及漏诊。治疗难度较大,目前尚未有统一的治疗方案。我们采用股骨重建钉治疗该类骨折,疗效满意。
