摘要
步入21世纪以来,香格里拉、雅高等国际著名酒店集团的进入,中国酒店业的发展开始迈入了"国内酒店国际化,国际酒店全球化"时代。影响跨国公司在中国成功的最常见因素是其能否建立一支强有力的当地管理团队。跨国酒店集团人力资源本土化过程中存在的主要问题在于高级人才缺乏、过高的员工流失率和文化差异导致的管理摩擦。
Since walking into 21 century, the development of Chinese hotel trades begin to stride torwara the times of domestic hotels internationalizing and international hotel globalizing with international famous hotels, such as Shangrila, Yagao and so on having stepped into China. The most usual factor of transnational company' s success in China is whether a strong local management group is built or not. In the process of human resources localization on transnational hotel, the major question lies in the lack of senior administrative personnel, the great staff loss ratio and the management contradictory led by culture difference.
