劳动力成本优势不是企业竞争力的必然,劳动力成本上升是总的趋势,不可避免。劳动力成本上升给国内企业带来竞争压力的同时,也有利于促进产业结构的调整和企业寻求新的竞争优势。但劳动力成本的上涨在短期内还是应该控制在一定程度内,否则所带来的冲击会影响到所带来的机遇。
