党的十六届五中全会,中央发出了推进社会主义新农村建设的一号文件,拉开了社会主义新农村建设的序幕。建设新农村,发展农村经济是关键,农业产业化经营是个很好的路子。农业产业化经营是市场经济发展的必然选择。我国产业化经营处于初级阶段,尚有许多问题需要我们解决。发展农业产业化的途径是增强产业化水平、扶持龙头企业以及完善公司与农户的内部协调机制等等,从而使我国农业产业化步入新台阶,为农村经济发展服务。

The Number one paper of the 16th Plenary Session of the fifth Central Committee of the CPC decides to build the ＂New Countryside＂ and the construction of new countryside has begun. It＇s the key to develop the economics of countryside, and agriculture industrialization is a good way to do it. Agriculture industrialization is a good way and it is inevitable choice in developing the market economy. Our own agriculture industrialization is in the elementary stage, and there are many problems to be solved. The good way to develop the agriculture and do good to the development of countryside economy is to strengthen the level of the agriculture industrialization to assist the developing of the head of any group company and to perfect a frame between the company and the peasant household.
