摘要 企业里存在着不同层次的员工,这是客观规律,不可消除,但可以加以引导并能利用。这一规律的存在,对企业有着深刻的影响,管理者也因此面临着不同的问题和困难。要解决这些问题和困难,必须得对员工进行层次划分。划分的依据是员工的工作能力和工作态度。不同层次的员工在企业里有着不同的发展方向,作为管理者需对不同层次的员工的发展方向进行规划以达到科学管人,科学用人的目的。在制定员工发展方向的过程中,管理者必须考虑人力资源成本最小化和效益最大化,选择一条合理的路径。 It is some kind of objective law that there are different ranks of staffs on active duty in an enterprise, this objective law is independent of man' s own will, yet we still can make best use of it. Because of this objective law, enterprises are always under profound influence, and the managerial personnel is frequently confronted with different problems and difficulties. It is essential to divide the staffs into correct ranks according to each one' s ability and manner of work that those problems and difficulties can be solved. In order to choose the right person for the job and achieve the goal of scientific management, managerial personnel should make a comprehensive programme for every distinct rank of staffs' orientation of development, because different ranks of staffs have different growing orientation. During the course of programming the staffs' development orientation, managerial personnel ought to take the minimum labour cost and maximum economic benefit into account, and choose a rational way.
