探讨高校教师“教育专长”及其对新课改的影响

摘要 文章通过新课程实施过程中与传统课程的对比来突出新课程改革的必要性和现实性,并以此为背景,结合新课程改革存在的诸多问题,从教师“教育专长”的心理学基础出发,提出以教师“教育专长”的培养应对新课程改革,以期突破以往“就课改论课改”的片面性与局限性。
