通过对ＦＩＤＩＣ合同条件的分析，把公路工程项目中可能的施工索赔内容加以归纳分类，指出如何根据ＦＩＤＩＣ合同条款合理地提出索赔要求，并对施工索赔的定量分析计算方法和其它应注意的问题进行了探讨。

This article introduces the construction claim terms for Highway engineering projects by analysing FIDIC'S contract conditions,instructs how to set up claim reasonably by FIDIC'S contract conditions, and makes some inquiries in quantitative analysis method and relative questions for construction claim.
