发展度假酒店(村)既顺应游客需要又优化我国旅游产品结构。现阶段我国许多度假酒店(村)都将重点放在自然环境和建筑环境等建设上。有效运营与管理度假酒店(村),要把握其不同于商务酒店的管理特点,把握其服务主张是否符合游客需求或期望,把握如何以“背景”、“投入”和“时间”三要素进行游客完美体验管理。
The development of resorts in China needs to optimize the structure of tourism product. At present, a lot of resorts in China pay more attention to the construction of natural environment and building surroundings. In order to manage and operate resorts effectively, we must grasp the management characteristics of resorts, their service conception should meet the needs and expectations of visitors, and know how to carry out the perfect experience management by utilizing visitors' three elements which are "background", "indulging", and "time".
