Financial Trade Competition and International Capital Flow： Extending from Entry of Foreign Banks into China

中国参与的金融服务贸易自由化为国内金融自由化的提速提供了显著的驱动力。中国境内的外资银行在规模上尽管还非常有限，但已经并将进一步对中国国内金融格局、跨境资本流动、外汇管理体制以及金融监管模式产生重要的影响。应完善现有法律法规，改进银行监管体制，实现更加灵活的汇率制度。

China＇s entering the process of gobal financial services trade liberalization has accelerated its domestic financial liberalization. Foreign banks, though still relatively small in size, have already exerted considerable influence on China＇s financial structure, cross-border capital flows, exchange rate system, financial regulation and supervision mode. China should perfect related laws, improve the regulation and supervision system of banks, realizing more flexible instutions.
