测定红葡萄酒总酸度时,采用自动电位滴定法控制反应终点,避免了因指示剂使用而带来的误差,简化了操作步骤,提高了测定准确度,用于实际酒样的测定,结果满意.
When determinating red wine total acidity, we use the automatic potentiometric titration to control response end point, so indicator errors are avoided. The operation can be simplified, and accuracy becomes better. The method is used for the defermination of real samples with good results.
