摘要
运用问卷调查法和数理统计法分别对选修篮球、健美操、乒乓球运动项目课程的女大学生的心理健康状况进行研究,旨在检验三项体育运动项目课程对女大学生心理健康状况产生的差异,为选项课程的理论和实践提供依据.结果显示:选修集体运动项目与个人运动项目的女大学生心理健康存在明显差异;篮球课程比另外两个项目课程更能消除女大学生焦虑、敌对、人际关系敏感等心理障碍.在教学中应采用适当的教学方法、合理的教学内容来激励和引导女大学生,使她们的心理向更健康的方向发展.
The research on the female college students who elect Basketball,bonny exercise, ping pong by using questionnaire , statistics methods is aiming at checking the influencing difference of these three courses on the female college student's mental health to provide the groundings for the elective's theory and application. On the basis of analysis on the obtained date, we find that there is obvious difference in mental health between the female students who take the collective course and those who take them in individual. Basketball course could make students more capable of erasing worry, rivalry, keen feeling on the relationship and other psychological obstacle. It is suggested that further research should be done on the cause and internal rules of these difference and appropriate teaching methods , suitable teaching content should be taken to encourage and guide the female college students to develop their mental health in the good direction.
