构建和谐社会是人类的孜孜所求,是中国共产党的政治理想,是全中国人民的共同心愿。和谐社会要达到人与人、人与社会、人与自然以及社会各要素、关系相互融洽状态。社会主义和谐社会实质上是中国共产党倡导和推广的核心价值观,是一种反映了政治、经济、社会和民族文化精神的价值体系,它包括政治价值、道德价值、人文价值、民主法制价值。社会主义和谐社会的价值诉求是保障社会各种利益均衡的基本前提,是构建和谐社会的重要内容。
