在满足公共客运交通需求的同时,综合考虑道路建设、公交枢纽建设以及轨道交通建设等影响因素,分析了上海市中心城公交专用道网络设置的必要性,探讨了公交专用道设置的条件,提出了公交专用道的网络规划、建设策略和建设原则,以及网络效益评价,用以指导未来公交专用道的实施。

When specialized public road network is planned, the demand for public passenger transport not is only met, but some factors such as construction of highway, public transport hub and railway traffic etc are also considered. The necessity of the arrangement of specialized public road network in Shanghai city center is analyzed, and the condition of arrangement of specialized public road network is probed. Planning for specialized public road network, construction tactic and principle and the evaluation of its behefit are expounded for the purpose of leading up to future implemenation.
