微齿眼子菜对菲的去除及其对菲暴露的生理效应 被引量:3

摘要 以沉水植物微齿眼子菜为试验材料,通过模拟实验研究了微齿眼子菜对多环芳烃类化合物菲的去除作用并探讨了菲的暴露对微齿眼子菜丙二醛,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量等生理生化指标随时间的影响.通过对微齿眼子菜体内、水溶液中以及底泥中菲含量的分析可知,微齿眼子菜体内菲的含量先增大后减小,在9d和12d左右达到较大值,在31d以后微齿眼子菜中菲的含量接近零.暴露实验后,水溶液的菲浓度趋于零,水中的菲基本得到去除,但在底泥中得到一定的富集.扣除对照实验中菲的衰减量,两种浓度菲溶液中微齿眼子菜对菲的去除率分别为48%和19%.菲暴露没有引起微齿眼子菜的脂质过氧化.可溶性糖含量在暴露实验的40d内都比较稳定,变化幅度总体很小.可溶性蛋白质含量先增大后降低,暴露结束后与初始值比较接近.微齿眼子菜在菲胁迫下有持续忍受菲的能力,具有较好的抗逆性,可考虑将其用于水体有机污染的植物修复. In the simulated experiments, removal rate to phenanthrene of Potamogeton rnaackianu was studied. At the same time, effects of long-term exposure of phenanthrene on contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble carbohydrate and soluble protein in Potamogeton rnaackianu were also investigated. Results in HPLC showed that phenanthrene concentration in leaves increased at first, and reached maximum on 9^th d and 12^th d respectively, but approached to zero after 31 d. After 40 d, phenanthrene concentration in water was also approached to zero. Although the concentration of phenanthrene in water had been decreased effectively, phenanthrene was partly accumulated in sediments. Removal rates of Potamogeton maackianu to 1 mg /L and 0. 5 mg /L phenanthrene solution in the experiment were 48% and 19% respectively. Under the stress of phenanthrene, the contents of MDA did not increase and there was no obvious lipid peroxidation of Potamogeton maachianu. Contents of soluble carbohydrate equilibrated during the 40 days and varied very little. Soluble protein contents in Potamogeton maackianu increased at first and dropped after 12 d. Finally they were near to initial values of plants in the beginning of experiment. Potamogeton rnaackianu possessed resistance to stress of phenanthrene and it has a great potential in phytoremediation to organic polluted water.
