摘要
在６０００ｋＶＡ硅铁电炉上成功地采用了不设烟气冷却器的负压反吹风布袋除尘器。生产实践表明，该设备运行可靠，除尘效率达９９．４％，烟气含尘量远低于国家规定的排放标准。这不仅减轻了对环境的污染，而且出售除尘产物──微硅粉，可使工厂获得经济效益。
Abstract Negative pressure reversed blowing hag cleaner without gas cooler is successfully used in 6000kVA FeSi furnace. The practice shows the equipment runs dependablely,dust abatement efficiency achieves 99. 4%,dust loading in gas is far lower than ejection standard stipulated by the state. It not only reduces environmental pollution, but also achieves economic benefit for the works by sailing dusting product-low silicon powder.
